<p>The present invention is a manufacturing method of auto packing donuts with an extended shelf life, and after placing a donut shaped bread processed by baking dough where trehalose, which is a herbal medicine, is added to glutinous rice flour which is a raw material for donuts in a container filled with chocolate mixture containing natural materials such as strawberries, lemons, and green tea components and natural honey; and by producing donuts to be able to fill nitrogen gas and automatically complete seal packaging at the same time while rotating in a rotary method, shelf life extended to approximately 60-65 days thereby distributing not only nationally, but also to foreign countries and significantly increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
