A multi-layered sheet material forming method and a multi-layered sheet material manufactured thereby are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a multi-layered sheet material forming method and a multi-layered sheet material manufactured thereby, wherein the multi-layered sheet material forming method comprises: two pairs of corrugation forming processes of forming corrugations, which have identical pitches and different groove depths respectively, on two sheets by injecting the sheets into different upper and lower corrugation forming rolls respectively; an overlapping process of securing the sealed spaces of regular gaps due to differences between the groove depths of the corrugations on the respective sheets by mutually overlapping the sheets of which the corrugations have different dimensions; an embossing forming process of forming regular embossing curves on the overlapped sheets with the secured sealed space parts by injecting the sheets into upper and lower embossing forming rolls in the identical direction of the corrugation forming process; and a cutting process of cutting the sheets with the regular embossing curves into pieces with regular sizes.
