METHOD FOR MONITORING AND CONTROLLING GEOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF TACTILE FONTS AND CHARACTERS WHEN APPLIED BY UV VARNISHES

摘要

A method for monitoring and controlling geometric parameters of tactile fonts and characters when applied by UV varnishes includes laser surface scanning of prints and recording by a digital camera. Information recorded by the digital camera is compared with the data of viscosity and temperature sensors of UV varnishes and processed by a computer program according to a mathematical model to generate a control signal of the device of temperature control of UV varnishes.
