The device has a set of locking mechanisms (9) with a set of moving parts such as pallet, that is controllable in an electrical manner. The moving parts are controllable in a manner independent of activation of a coin extractor disk in two positions such as a locking position, in which the coin extractor disk is mechanically locked by utilizing a machine element utilized for transmission of movement using a motor and the coin extractor disk. The coin extractor disk is provided in a release position in which the moving parts do not produce mechanical locking of the extractor disk.
