DUAL STEP LEVEL SHIFTER

Disclosed is a level shifter which raises the level of an input signal. The level shifter includes a voltage control transistor. A gate terminal is grounded in the voltage control transistor. Therefore, a turn-on state is maintained regardless of the state of an input signal. Also, high power is supplied to the transistor which performs an inversion operation with the reduced level according to the on-resistance of the voltage control transistor. Thereby, the operation swing width of the level shifter is improved and the stability of the operation is secured.
