More particularly, the organic light-emitting compound according to the present invention is selected from the following Formulae 1 to 5. [In the above Formulae 1 to 5, X and Y are independently selected from N(Ar1), O and S, Ar1 may be different from each other, when Ar1 is plural, this is represented by Ar1 or Ar2; each of Z1 to Z8 is independently selected from C(Ar3) and N, Ar3 may be different from each other, and adjacent Ar3 may combine together to form a ring.] The organic light-emitting compound according to the present invention is used as a host material in an organic light-emitting material in an OLED device and has better light-emitting efficiency than a common host material and excellent lifetime characteristic.
