The present invention comprises an external housing; a water tank; a cooling water supply unit; one or more water tank inhaling units; a radiant heat unit; a water supplement unit; and an upper cover. The water tank is installed inside the external housing and comprises an installation unit in which water is filled at a predetermined height on an upper side. The cooling water supply unit is installed in the installation unit of the water tank. The cooling water supply unit circulates cooling water which is supplied from the outside of the external housing to pass the water stored in the installation unit of the water tank. The cooling water supply unit cools the cooling water. The water tank inhaling units are installed in opening holes formed on the upper side of the installation unit of the water tank to inhale the internal air of the external housing. The radiant heat unit is installed on the upper part of a water tank inhaling unit. The radiant heat unit sprays the water of the water tank with increased water temperature to the upper parts of radiant heat filters after cooling heated cooling water which flows in the cooling water supply unit. The radiant heat unit inhales the internal air of the external housing through the water tank inhaling unit and each wet radiant heat filter and discharges heat to the outside. The water supplement unit is installed on the other upper side of the water tank and supplies the water to the water tank according to the water amount of the water tank. The upper cover is installed on the upper part of the external housing. The present invention is provided to improve a cooling performance and cooling efficiency. |
