The valve (V1) has an element (CR) subdivided into chambers associated with inlets (E1, E2) and first and second outlets (S1, S4) and third and fourth outlets (S2, S3) by a separation partition (CS). The element has solid parts (P1-P4) to seal the second/first outlet to allow the passage of fluid from the former inlet to the first outlet and/or the fourth outlet and to seal the third or fourth outlet to allow the passage of another fluid from the latter inlet to the third outlet or fourth outlet according to the position of the element with respect to a circular cylindrical hollow body (CF). An independent claim is also included for a heating/air conditioning installation.
