The invention relates to measurement technique, holographic and speckle interferometry. A method for speed measurement of object wave phase change by method of phase-modulated speckle interferometry involves object irradiation with coherent light, spatial cositing of object speckle wave and reference wave for formation of combined wave, registration of the combined wave intensity. According to the invention prior to formation of the combined wave the object wave is divided by means of optical image multiplication system to three or more waves differing in phase, those are projected to different subframes of receiving telecamera or photographic camera for specklogramm registration. Obtained sets of specklogramms are registered for initial and changed object state, compared on two frames, and value of phase change of each object wave speckle is determined with determination of phase change sign. The invention provides high measurement speed, allows to study dynamic objects, determine deformations and movements of mirror or diffusing surfaces, changes of refraction index and thickness of transparent objects. |
