<p>A cosmetic kit (I), consisting of separately stored compositions, includes polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), compounds (X) and (Y) (at least one of which is a silicone) and optionally a catalyst or peroxide. (X) and (Y) react with each other by hydrosilylation, by condensation or by crosslinking in presence of peroxide. (X) and (Y) (and the catalyst or peroxide if present) are stored in separate compositions. Independent claims are included for cosmetic care or make-up methods for keratin materials, involving: (1) application of PMMA, (X), (Y) and optionally a catalyst or peroxide, the components being applied simultaneously or sequentially in any order provided that reaction of (X) and (Y) is caused; or (2) application of a first layer of composition containing (X) and a second layer of composition containing (Y), PMMA being contained in at least one of the compositions.</p> |
