METHOD OF PROGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT OF THE SEVERITY OF RADIATION-INDUCED SKIN REACTIONS BY CYTOGENETIC INDICES IN PATIENTS WITH FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE TRACT CANCER

摘要

A method of prognostic assessment of the severity of radiation-induced skin reactions by cytogenetic indices in patients with female reproductive tract cancer involves sequential cytogenetic examination during external beam radiation therapy course. Chromosomal analysis ofED = -1,094 + C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X+ C×X,wherein C-C- linear regression coefficients;X-X– catamnesis indices;X– chromatid type aberration frequency;X–induction intensity for cells with inconsistent induced aberrations of chromosomal type;X-X- changes of induction intensity of chromatid type aberrations and cells with chromosomal type aberrations.According to the obtained value of epidermitis degree the severity of expected radio-induced skin reaction in patient suffered from female reproductive tract cancer is assessed.
