A method for the assessment of the physical fitness and the functional state of the cardiovascular system in the children at the age of 6-7 years comprises anthropometry (body weight, body height), the measurement of the heart rate, the calculation of Ruffier index, the intrasystolic index, the index of myocardial tension, mechanical coefficient (Blumberg coefficient), and adaptation potential. The values obtained are compared with the average values for the assessment of the physical fitness and the functional state of the cardiovascular system in the children. |
