Provided is a gas-generating-agent composition capable of maintaining stable combustion performance even when the environmental temperature changes. A gas-generating-agent composition containing (a) a fuel and (b) an oxidizing agent and satisfying the following conditions (I, II): (I) the combustion temperature when igniting and combusting at an environmental temperature within the range of -40 to 85°C being the melting point of a substance included in the combustion residue; and (II) the combustion temperature difference when igniting and combusting at an environmental temperature of -40 and 85°C being less than 125K. |
