The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating infertility caused by disorders of the endometrium, to a composition for the hyperplasia of the endometrium, and to a method for the hyperplasia of the endometrium, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a peripheral blood mononuclear cell as an active ingredient. Since the peripheral blood mononuclear cell of the present invention increases tissue thickness of a thin endometrium through the rapid proliferation of the epithelial cells of the endometrium, the present invention may be useful in the effective prevention or reduction of implantation failure of a fertilized egg, which results in infertility. |
