<p>Disclosed are a method, device, and system for finding a wireless local area network. The method specifically comprises: acquiring an access point (AP) identity of an AP of the wireless local area network and a first measurement result obtained after a first user equipment (UE) measures a cellular network cell, the AP identity associating with the first measurement result; acquiring a second measurement result obtained after a second UE measures the cellular network cell; determining, according to the second measurement result and the first measurement result, whether the second UE is located within the coverage of the AP. By using the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, it can be determined that the second UE is located within the coverage of the AP, and the AP is correctly accessed if necessary, thereby improving the user experience and moreover avoiding battery energy waste in continuously searching for the available AP.</p> |
