<p>An elastic scraper for removing edge burrs of a part with an approximately circular section comprises a fixed plate (1), a spring top plate (2), a spring (3), a guide rail (4), a sliding block (5), a scraper handle (6), and a scraper (8). The fixed plate (1) is vertically arranged; the spring top plate (2) is installed on an upper part of one side of the fixed plate (1) horizontally and fixedly; the guide rail (4) is installed on the fixed plate (1) below the spring top plate (2) vertically and fixedly corresponding to the spring top plate (2); the sliding block (5) is installed on the guide rail (4) vertically and slidably; the scraper handle (6) is installed in the middle of the sliding block (5) horizontally and fixedly; the scraper (8) is installed on a cantilever end of the scraper handle (6); and the spring (3) is vertically installed between the scraper handle (6) and the spring top plate (2). The elastic scraper can move on the guide rail (4) under the effect of the spring (3), and the spring (3) enables the scraper edge to be in complete contact with the edge of the part with an approximately circular section by a certain contraction and expansion force; therefore, the elastic scraper can effectively remove edge burrs of the part with an approximately circular section. The elastic scraper can be installed on a normal lathe or a numerically-controlled machine tool.</p> |
