The present invention relates to a method for constructing the base structure of a road facility. The objective of the present invention is to prevent the protrusion of materials (anchor bolt etc.) for fixing the support of road facilities such as handrails, fences, enclosures, soundproof walls, streetlights, traffic lights, and signs to the ground (base structure). The method for constructing the base structure of a road facility according to the present invention comprises: a first step of constructing a block type base structure on the ground or under the ground, wherein an anchor bolt for fixing the support of a road facility is installed in the base structure, and a coupling having a female screw part thereon is coupled with the ground-side end of the anchor bolt; a second step of mounting an anchor plate for erecting the support of the road facility on the upper surface of the base structure constructed in the first step, wherein the anchor plate is mounted in order for a coupling hole thereof to be matched with the coupling; and a third step of fixing the anchor plate to the anchor bolt by coupling a base bolt with the coupling through the coupling hole of the anchor plate mounted in the second step, wherein the head part of the base bolt is inserted into a mounting protrusion formed around the coupling groove of the anchor plate so as not to protrude from the top of the anchor plate. |
