PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar battery module, in which conventional solar battery module manufacturing devices can be used by using a silicone gel sheet when a solar battery cell string is sealed using silicone as a sealing material.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar battery module comprises the steps of: sticking a silicone gel sheet 3 on one surface of a transparent light receiving surface panel 1; sticking the silicone gel sheet 3 on one surface of a non-light receiving surface panel 2; arranging a solar battery cell string 5 on the silicone gel sheet 3 of the light receiving surface panel 1 or the non-light receiving surface panel 2 and arranging butyl rubber 6 in a frame-like form along the outer peripheral part of the silicone gel sheet; and overlapping the light receiving surface panel 1 and the non-light receiving surface panel 2 while the silicone gel sheet 3 is placed at the inside, and pressurizing the panels at a temperature of 100-150°C in vacuum to seal the solar battery cell string 5 with the silicone gel sheet 3 and to press-bond the light receiving surface panel 1 and the non-light receiving surface panel or a back sheet 2 by the butyl rubber 6. |
