PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate for a low reflection structure molding for improving a reduction effect of reflectance of a low-reflection structure and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An original plate for a low reflection structure intentionally impairs the regularity of the arrangement of the fine structures and creates an irregular structure, thereby reducing a wavelength dependency of reflectance. Meantime, the manufacturing method of the low reflection structure is such that a repetition cycle sufficiently larger than the wavelength which does not generate a problem due to optical characteristics is set in order to realize the irregular structure, and a pattern having a quasi-irregular structure is designed by designing the irregular structure in the range of the repetition cycle, and thereby, the original plate for the low reflection structure can be manufactured without largely changing the conventional manufacturing step. |
