PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure supply of a cleaning fluid to one pump by a level difference between two bottom surfaces preferentially to supply to the other pump and simultaneously to suppress a period of failure in supply to the other pump from being made much earlier than a period of failure in supply to the one pump.SOLUTION: A tank structure includes a first bottom surface part 36 where a liquid is reserved on a first bottom surface 26 and a second bottom surface part 37 which is arranged higher than the first bottom surface 26 and where a liquid is reserved on a second bottom surface 27. The first bottom surface part 36 is provided with a first liquid feed port 31 for supplying the liquid to a first pump 32 and a second bottom surface part 37 is provided with a second liquid feed port 33 for supplying the liquid to a second pump 34. The second bottom surface 27 between the first liquid feed port 31 and second liquid feed port 33 is provided with a partition part 35 raised from the second bottom surface 27. |
