PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure of a protection element capable of securing smooth blow-out operation by assisting blow-out operation of a fuse element, and also to provide a circuit protection element using the electrode structure.SOLUTION: In an electrode structure 10 for a circuit protection element and the circuit protection element utilizing the same, an insulation substrate 11 and a plurality of electrodes 12a, 12b provided on this insulation substrate are equipped. At least three electrodes 12a, 12b out of the electrodes 12a, 12b, which are joined to a fuse element, include an overhanging part 13b formed by molding at least one side of the electrode end in an arc-shape, and an electrode area of the electrode joined to the fuse element is expanded while securing a joint margin required for joint of the fuse element in this overhanging part 13b. |
