PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display device that improves productivity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a display device includes the steps of: preparing a first substrate on which a first display element part is formed on a first region on a first glass substrate and a second display element part is formed a second region on a first glass support substrate; preparing a second substrate on which a first peeling assist layer is formed on a second glass substrate and a second peeling assist layer is formed on the second glass substrate, a first color filter layer is then formed on the first peeling assist layer and a second color filter layer is formed on the second peeling assist layer; bonding the first display element part and the first color filter layer, and bonding the second display element part and the second color filter layer; irradiating the second substrate with a laser beam to peel the second glass substrate from the first peeling assist layer and the second peeling assist layer; and cutting the first substrate between the first region and the second region. |
