PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for controlling a production amount of an amide body to be produced, in a pharmaceutical composition containing a luliconazole.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains 1) a luliconazole, and 2) one kind or two kinds or more of components selected from a carboxylic acid, its derivative, a ketone, a phosphoric acid, its derivative, a local anesthetic agent, an antihistamine, and a POE nonionic surface active agent, wherein the content of an amide derivative in the luliconazole is 0.2 mass% or less based on the charge amount of the luliconazole after preservation of 60°C three weeks or 40°C six months. |
