PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause fluid to be discharged continuously and prevent pulsating flow by eliminating inverse flow.SOLUTION: A tube pump 1 has a tube 2 and a pump base 3 having a cylindrical chamber 3a and having the tube 2 arranged along an inner wall surface 3b of the cylindrical chamber 3a. The pump base 3 has an inlet side passage 6 and an outlet side passage 7. The inlet side passage 6 is gradually decreased at a size of a clearance formed with the cylindrical chamber 3a toward the downstream side so as to cause the tube 2 in a released state to be gradually transferred to a force closed state. The outlet side passage 7 causes a size of clearance formed with the cylindrical chamber 3a to be gradually increased toward the downstream side and causes the tube 2 in the force closed state to be gradually returned to the released state. Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate an inverse flow to prevent a pulsating flow. In addition, the tube 2 is arranged in a ring-like manner along the inner wall surface 3b and the tube 2 is always force closed by a pressurizing member 4a at the time of operation of the tube pump 1, so that it is possible to continuously discharge the fluid in the tube 2. |
