摘要 Disclosed is a cryogenic temperature measurement resistor element provided with: a metal temperature measurement resistor wire; an insulator, which accommodates the temperature measurement resistor wire therein and is made of a polycrystalline ceramic material; and a filler that is filled between the insulator and the temperature measurement resistor wire. The filler is a mixture of a polycrystalline inorganic insulating material powder and a glass powder that is a non-crystalline insulating material with a lower softening point than the melting points of the inorganic insulating material powder, the temperature measurement resistor wire and the insulator. After the mixture is filled between the insulator and the temperature measurement resistor wire, said glass powder alone is melted by heating at a temperature higher than the softening point of the glass powder and lower than the melting points of the temperature measurement resistor wire, the insulator and the inorganic insulating material powder, and is subsequently solidified by reducing the temperature.
