PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical fixture capable of easily keeping cleanliness and repeated use for a long time without giving pains to a subject.SOLUTION: A medical pillow 1 contains a base material 2 made from a polyurethane foam, and a coating layer 3 described in (1) to (3). (1) A coating layer formed by solvent-based urethane coating obtained by reacting a main agent containing polyester polyol and a curing agent containing isocyanate prepolymer. (2) A coating layer formed by a coating composition containing a polydimethylsiloxane-based copolymer, polycaprolactone and polysiloxane. (3) A coating layer formed by aqueous urethane coating. A medical fixture capable of easily keeping cleanliness and repeated use for a long time without giving pains to a subject can be provided according to above structure. |
