PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell including an interface stabilization film capable of reducing a trap level and further increasing the effect of stationary charges.SOLUTION: A solar cell includes: an n-type silicon semiconductor layer; a p-type silicon semiconductor layer having an interface with the n-type silicon semiconductor layer; an interface stabilization film provided on at least one of a surface of the n-type silicon semiconductor layer and a surface of the p-type silicon semiconductor layer, and including a stack of a first layer composed of SiOx (x≥2), a second layer composed of AlOand having stationary charges locally existing at the interface with the first layer, and a third layer composed of AlOx (x>1.5) in that order; a first electrode connected to the n-type silicon semiconductor layer; and a second electrode connected to the p-type silicon semiconductor layer. |
