PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning dryer which efficiently cleans and dries a processed object.SOLUTION: A cleaning dryer according to one embodiment includes: a storage chamber which stores a processed object; a placement surface which is arranged in the storage chamber so as to form an inclined angle relative to a horizontal surface and on which the processed object is placed; cleaning means which is attached to the storage chamber and jets at least one of cleaning water and a cleaning fluid to the processed object placed on the placement surface; and dry means which is attached to the storage chamber and jets air to the processed object placed on the placement surface. |
