PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardly ice covered surface structure and manufacturing method of hardly ice covered surface structure which can obtain effects to remove ice without using electric power.SOLUTION: A hardly ice covered surface structure is a water-repellent surface which is coated by silane compound, a surface roughness is 1-5 μm, and a contact angle for water is not less than 130 degrees.
