PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that rainwater flowing down between a road-side surface of a bridge deck pavement end and a top layer is stagnated on a top face of a floor slab waterproof construction of which the performance is improved, and causes damage such as pot-holes in the top layer.SOLUTION: A bridge deck pavement end cut-off construction includes a floor slab waterproof construction (1) and a rainwater infiltration prevention construction (2). The floor slab waterproof construction is attached to a top face of a floor slab (3), and the end portion thereof becomes a rising part (11) and is attached to a road-side face (5) of a bridge end (4). The rainwater infiltration prevention construction is disposed between a base layer (6) paving the floor slab and a top layer (7) paving the base layer, is adhered with both the layers, is fixed within a recess (41) which is formed on the road-side face of the bridge end, bridges the base layer and the recess, and guides rainwater which is dripped between the road-side face of the bridge end and the top layer, onto the base layer, thereby eliminating the stagnation. According to the construction method thereof, the rainwater infiltration prevention construction is molten by heat of a mixture for top layer pavement and is solidified to be adhered with the base layer, the floor slab waterproof construction and the inside of the recess. |
