PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily solve failure occurring due to a setting value in an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus including a radio communication unit has: management means for managing, as recording information, change history information when a setting value of the image forming apparatus is changed, and information on a communication history with a server device communicable through a network; specification means for specifying, when detecting a communication error with the server device, the change history information searched from the recording information managed by the managing means, measures to the communication error on the basis of the communication history information, and a person to execute the measures; and writing means for writing, in the radio communication unit, addressing information including the measures specified by the specification means and information on the person to execute the measures. |
