The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing end-modified polybutadiene or end-modified hydrogenated polybutadiene having no coloration or cloudiness without using an organic tin compound. This production method is characterized by reacting an acrylate or methacrylate represented by formula (I), a diisocyanate compound represented by formula (II), and polybutadiene or hydrogenated polybutadiene having hydroxyl groups at the polymer end represented by formula (III) in the presence of at least one selected from among organic aluminum compounds and organic zinc compounds (however, excluding zinc naphthenate). |
