The system has an inner component (4) i.e. lifting cylinder, extending from an outer component (3) i.e. tubular hollow component. A drive e.g. pyrotechnic propellant charge part or spring, is arranged in the outer component. A latching part locks a driven-part in opposite direction of the inner component. The inner component is fixed with the outer component by spacers. A seal is arranged between the inner component and the outer component. A gastight pressure chamber is formed between bottom surfaces of the outer component and the inner component.
