The present invention relates to a Eurofoam-type waffle-formed slab cast and a construction method of the same. The Eurofoam-type waffle slab cast comprises: a channel part having a plurality of channels which respectively have a number of connection holes and are connected at right angles to each other so as to be formed in a lattice shape; and a waffle-formed cast body detachably connected to the channel part and formed in a trapezoidal hexahedron shape, a dome shape or an arch shape having a curved edge, the waffle-formed cast body including a middle support connecting part which is formed in the middle of a horizontal part and formed integrally with the horizontal part and has a second wall part protruding toward the bottom to form a hollow part therein and a second wing part coming into contact with the upper side of the channel part, wherein the wing part includes a second connection hole formed in a rectangular shape and a plurality of wing connection parts which respectively have different thicknesses and different heights protruding toward the hollow part. The Eurofoam type waffle-formed slab cast can substitute for the conventional waffle-formed cast system and is usable as it is without using additional slab cast, is easy to construct because the Eurofoam type to which construction workers are the most accustomed is applied, is easy in assembly because the waffle-formed cast body can be easily connected by an insertion coupling member and a coupling protrusion, allows a user to easily assemble the waffle-formed cast body with the neighboring channel part by the coupling member, such as an insertion pin, like the conventional Eurofoam, is economical because the most of the removed waffle-formed casts are reusable, and is eco-friendly because damaged casts are collected and recycled in factories without waste resources. |
