PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of excess sampling period.SOLUTION: When a reference voltage generating section 12 generates a reference voltage Vcm during sampling of a received input signal Vin, a sampling period adjusting section 15 detects a change in the reference voltage Vcm. The sampling period adjusting section 15 determines it to be sampling completion when the reference voltage Vcm has reached a predetermined threshold value Vth and generates a sampling clock CK with an adjusted sampling period on the basis of an external clock CKex. |
