The stabilizer has an electric motor (1) whose one end is connected to a gear stage (2) that is coupled to a torsion spring element (4). An additional spring element (5) is connected in series with the torsion spring element. The additional spring element is connected to the torsion spring element and is designed as bending spring. The additional spring element is designed as leg structure, to perform bending operation for attaching to a wheel-guiding portion. Another additional spring element is arranged on the additional spring element. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) arrangement structure of stabilizer; and (2) motor car.
