The present invention relates to a water-based epoxy resin emulsion in which an epoxy resin (B) is emulsified and dispersed in an aqueous medium (C) in the presence of a reactive emulsifier (A), wherein an average particle diameter of the water- based epoxy resin emulsion is 500 nm or less.</p> |
