PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance luminous efficiency of a light-emitting device by reducing the conduction resistance in a mounting substrate used for a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: An aggregate substrate 1 before being individualized into mounting substrates 71 has a structure shown as follows. The aggregate substrate 1 has a structure including a unit substrate 2 and an inter-unit insulation 3, and the unit substrate 2 has a structure including semiconductors 11A, 11B and an inter-semiconductor insulation 12. The width w2 of the inter-semiconductor insulation 12 is set narrower than the width w1 of the inter-unit insulation 3. Since the area of the semiconductors 11A, 11B increases, conduction resistance in the mounting substrate 71 decreases. |
