PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic body arranged so that the discoloration owing to a remaining organic component is suppressed, and increased in reflectance.SOLUTION: A glass ceramic body is arranged by baking a green sheet comprising: a glass ceramic composition including glass particles and ceramic particles primarily including planular boehmite particles. In the green sheet, the planular boehmite particles account for 10-45 vol.% to the total content of the glass and ceramic particles.
