PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper, an air conditioning unit, and an air conditioning device for a vehicle that can suppress noise (whistle) generated when the damper has a small opening.SOLUTION: A damper is provided with: a stationary part 59 which comprises an air mix rib part protruding into an air flow passage from a wall surface forming the air flow passage; and a rotary part which is disposed rotatably in the air flow passage and has one end brought into contact with an upstream-side part of an air flow at the stationary part 59. The rotary part is configured to allow the air flow to pass around the one end and between the one end and the stationary part 59 so as to mix the air flow with another air flow along a side face on a downstream side thereof, and is provided with a contact part 57, as a plane inclined to decrease in thickness toward a tip, at a position of contact with the stationary part 59 so as to mix the air flow passing around the one end with the other air flow along the side face on the downstream side with a predetermined elevation angle. The stationary part 59 is provided with a rib swell part 60 protruding from a tip of the air mix rib part along the contact part 57. |
