PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge seawater discharge device capable of successively continued drainage important for sea power generation.SOLUTION: Discharge seawater used for various sea power generations executes continued strong rotation of a dropping drainage utilizing rotary water turbine. Its torque executes rotation of a drainage-exclusive rotary starting board. A shape of its rotary starting board very closely resembles in a wheel of a bicycle, and discharge storage tank parts (A)-(H) installed outside operate similarly to a rubber wheel part including a tube part of the bicycle, and the discharge seawater successively proceeds upward by intruding simultaneously or instantly with rotation into a discharge storage tank parts soaked under a sea inboard drainage water level part. When drainage in the discharge storage tank of its full water reaches an upper part, the drainage having a large quantity weight feelings is instantly dropped and discharged on an outboard direct discharge drainage channel device naturally by reduction in centrifugal force and intense attractive force of the earth simultaneously with opening of an open sea drainage opening-closing discharge device. |
