PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm rest which has a simple structure, thereby allows suppressing increase of costs and deterioration of production efficiency and is equipped with a storage part usable in both front seats and back seats of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An arm rest 1 is arranged in a front seat 31 in such a way as to be rotatable around a supporting point 11 and has a body part 10 having a through hole 12 and a bottom plate part 2 covering one opened end. The body part 10 is configured so as to be movable between a front position extending on the front side F and a rear position extending on the rear side R. When the body part 10 is at the front position, a front storage part 101 is formed by arranging the bottom plate part 2 at an opened end 121 of the front bottom part of the through hole 12, and, when the body part 10 is at the rear position, a rear storage part 102 is formed by arranging the bottom plate part 2 at an opened end 122 of the rear bottom part. |
