PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker reliably resolving motor lock.SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker is provided with: a cooking container which is housed in a baking chamber set inside a machine body and into which cooking materials can be put; a kneading vane which rotates in the cooking container to knead the cooking materials put in the cooking container; a motor which generates rotary driving power for the kneading vane; motor control means which controls drive of the motor; motor lock detection means which detects that the motor is locked. The motor control means stops the drive of the motor when the motor lock detection means detects the lock of the motor, and supplies an electric current greater than that in normal starting so as to restart the motor after a lapse of a predetermined period of time. |
