<p>A respiratory flow adjusting device comprises a device main body, a motor and a control unit. The device main body comprises a device main body cavity (A), a valve core (1) installed in the device main body cavity (A), an air inlet (B), an air outlet (C), and an air flow channel (15) communicated with the air inlet (B) and the air outlet (C). One end of the valve core (1) close to the air flow channel is provided with a channel plug (7). Gaps between the channel plug (7) and the air flow channel (15) are different when the channel plug (7) is located at different positions in the air flow channel (15). The control unit stores correspondence between an air flow passing through the air flow channel and an angle of rotation of a motor shaft of the motor. The control unit drives and controls the valve core (1) by controlling the angle of rotation of the motor shaft, so as to enable the channel plug to stay at a corresponding position in the air flow channel. The device can achieve automatic and accurate control of the air flow, and effectively avoids the damage of a rotary potentiometer due to excessive rotation of the motor shaft. Also provided is a breathing machine using the respiratory flow adjusting device.</p> |
