Disclosed are a condensate water diversion structure (3) for a heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger. The condensate water diversion structure (3) comprises a leading structure (31). The leading structure (31) comprises a water drainage structure and a comb tooth type plug-in board (312) which is provided with a comb tooth side. One side opposite to the comb tooth side is connected with the water drainage structure. The condensate water diversion structure (3) enables the condensate water formed in the heat exchanger to flow into the comb tooth type plug-in board (312) of the diversion structure (3) and discharge through the water drainage structure of the diversion structure (3), thereby reducing condensate water quantity flowing to the middle lower portion and the bottom portion of the heat exchanger, avoiding occurrence of phenomena caused by the condensate water like reduction of heat transfer performance of the surface of the heat exchanger, increase of power consumption of a fan, acceleration of corrosion, influence on heat exchange effect and damage on the heat exchanger.
