<p>A backlight module and a liquid crystal display using the backlight module. The backlight module comprises at least: an edge type backlight source (6), a light guide plate (4), an optical membrane group (5), and a light reflecting plate (1). The light guide plate (4) is provided with a light entering surface and a light emitting surface, and the light entering surface directly faces to the edge type backlight source (6). The optical membrane group (5) is located above the light guide plate (4), and directly faces to the light emitting surface of the light guide plate (4). The light reflecting plate (1) is disposed below the light guide plate (4). A bottom of the light reflecting plate (1) is further provided with a heat conducting layer (2) used for at least transmitting heat transmitted by the edge type backlight source (6) to a middle part of the light reflecting plate (1). In this manner, a temperature of a central position of a display panel (7) of a liquid crystal module can be improved, so that a phenomenon of crosstalk caused by the excessively low temperature of the central position of the display panel (7) of the liquid crystal module can be reduced or eliminated; and the existing liquid crystal module does not need to be greatly changed, so that the expenditure is low.</p> |
