Concave sections that are recessed in a direction away from the adjacent members of the column sections 13a or rim sections 12 are formed in the outside surfaces in the radial direction and/or circumferential direction of the column sections 13a, and/or in the outside surfaces in the radial and/or axial direction of the rim sections 12, and preferably radial concave sections 22 having bottom and that are recessed toward the inside in the radial direction are formed in the outside surfaces in the radial direction of the column sections 13a. |
