PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aseismic/insulation-coated reinforced-concrete structure capable of effectively preventing a reinforced-concrete member from being destroyed by earthquake, and a structure employing the same.SOLUTION: An existent or new reinforced-concrete member 12 formed by placing concrete 14 around reinforcing bars 13 so as to form a cover concrete layer 15 outside the reinforcing bars 13 is a coating object member 11. In the cover concrete layer 15, a high ductile material 21 formed by weaving polyester fibers is installed via an urethane-based high-tenacity adhesive 31 applied onto a surface 15a of the cover layer 15 so as to impart damage resistance and durability. The high ductile material 21 is made in a woven structure also enriched in an insulation function and a sound insulation/soundproof function, thereby further imparting thermal insulation property and sound insulation property. Moreover, an insulation ceramic coating material 41 also having both an air quality improvement function or a moisture condensation proof function in addition to the more improved insulation function and sound insulation/soundproof function may also be applied onto a surface 21a of the high ductile material 21. |
