PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPU device dealing with a 10-MHz band by a circuit configuration dealing with an 18-MHz or 9-MHz band.SOLUTION: A digital modulation video transmitting device comprises: an oscillator of a D/A or A/D source oscillation clock (81.80296 MHz) having a frequency four times that of an FFT processing clock (20.45074 MHz); and a local oscillator having a frequency the same as a local oscillation frequency (local clock: 109.54926 MHz) at an 18-MHz or 9-MHz channel band. A symbol clock frequency is set to 1/11 time (7.4366 MHz) the frequency of the D/A or A/D source oscillation clock (81.80296 MHz). |
