Embodiments of the present invention provide an address compression and decompression method and a compressor and a decompressor, and can increase address compression rates. Said address compression method comprises: a compressor receives a plurality of operation request messages from a first processor, then, based on address characteristics formed from the address information carried by all operation request messages having identical stream numbers, determines a corresponding compression algorithm for said operation request messages having identical stream numbers, then, based on the determined compression algorithm, compresses the addresses carried by said operation request messages having identical stream numbers.
